David Kidwell has been an artist in both the audio and visual realms for over twenty years, specializing in photography for the last fifteen years. He was the photographer from 2006-08, for Autism Society of America, Great falls, Montana chapter. Williams Syndrome walks 2010-12 Dayton Ohio. The Songs of love event in Indianapolis 2015. He has been published in a public health publication 2015. Most resonantly in Free Style 2018 catalog, for large format dry plates.
David’s interests are in all aspects of photography, from digital, to alternative process, to the early beginnings of photography to include tintype collodion or wet plate photography. David is currently an industrial and product photographer, but has added the collodion process to his repertoire.
Furthermore, David feels that learning one of the first forms of photography has made him a better photographer in general by understanding the fundamentals of photography at its beginnings. David has come a long way since the beginning in using this traditional and captivating photography medium.
He has received a large amount of guidance in developing these skills as a photographer, and is thankful for all those that have helped along the way. David also thanks his family and friends for their support in developing this skill, and recognizes that he would not be where he is today without them.
